THE 1929 AIR CORPS SPECIFICATION DIAL
AVIGO was created by Elgin for aviators and air-minded Americans during the formative years of American aviation.
Period advertising described the AVIGO Elgin as “specially designed for the air-minded” and equipped with an “Air Corps Specification dial.” Another contemporary advertisement promoted AVIGO as a watch for aviators, emphasizing its highly legible 3, 6, 9 and 12 dial configuration.

The AVIGO 1929 combines a mirror-polished 904L stainless-steel case with your choice of a substantial stainless-steel Jubilee bracelet or a fine leather strap.
Both configurations are offered at the same commission value of $5,500. Choose the stainless-steel Jubilee bracelet for an integrated metal-bracelet design or fine leather for a more traditional aviation-watch configuration.
Final bracelet, leather, clasp, finishing and production specifications will be confirmed following prototype validation.
THE LEATHER CONFIGURATION

Fine Leather.
For a more traditional aviation-watch character, the AVIGO 1929 Stainless Steel Commission is also available with a fine leather strap paired with stainless-steel hardware and clasp.
The leather configuration is offered at the same commission value of $5,500 as the stainless-steel Jubilee bracelet configuration. Your choice of bracelet or leather does not change the anticipated commission value.
